Works great but a little overpriced

This product works super great! I didn't want to love it because of the price tag, but I did. It gave me such beautiful coverage under my eyes and but was super easy to blend at the same time. Plus it's portable and love the pen-like applicator. I'd buy it again when I could afford it! I received the YSL Touche Éclat complimentary for review purposes.

I love it

This is so silky and smooth under the eyes or anywhere you want to touch up. So perfect for my makeup bag. This product is WAY better than the YSL one.

Love the colour they make and the coverage

Guerlain just has this amazing ability to produce the right colours for face! I believe no matter what your skin tone is, you will be able to find the one product that just blends and melts into your skin and looks fabulously natural. I'm a weird Asian-light-colour-but-cool-tone person and a lot of concealers are either right-tone-but-too-white or right-shade-but-too-yellow for me, and with Guerlain I just never have this kind of problem. Also it provides concealer-level coverage for my dark circles while a lot of this kind of pen products don't. One star off because it's really too pricy. : )

Decent

I bought this in NYC along with Guerlain's 4 seasons bronzer and the bronzer/blush duo (I cannot remember the name). I think it does an exceptional job brightening the under eye after a concealer has already been applied. However, I think it is a bit expensive for what it does. I will use my entire tube but I'm not sure I will re-purchase this item.

I have really bad under eye because of my lack of sleep ( who has time for that?) and it really helped on making me look more human. You should ask a Sephora staff to help you with the colour .

I did not want to love this...but I do!

I got this as part of a gift set, and it was the last piece of the gift set I used. OMG. This is HG, but unfortunately very pricey for me. I use this under my eyes and as a highlighter, and it is luminous, NOT cakey at all, it blends amazingly and looks good partnered with all of my foundations.The formula is not too thin and not too thick. I have oily NC20 skin for reference, and I have it in 01. It does finish quickly...

Why is this so popular?

I know this stick is supposed to be the highly regarded magical stick. The store beauty specialist convinced me to buy this specifically for under eye concealment. But no no no. Not a good idea. It's extremely drying and gives me a ghostly look complete with overemphasized wrinkles and creasing. This product is best used as a highlighter on the brow bone, down the middle of the nose, above the cheekbone...but even then, I don't think I'll buy this product again after I am finished with it.

Just wonderful

I have tried a lot of concealers in my life; some were okay, some were horrible. I settled with Yves Saint Laurent's Touche Éclate. When I found the Guerlain Illuminator, I knew it was time for a change. This concealer looks super natural, as if I wasn't wearing anything. It makes my eyes look fresh and more awake, and it gives my sensitive skin moisture as well. I absolutely love this product!!

Best Coverage and color

I am very picky about concealers. I tried a lot of different brands. This is by far my most favorite. It covers nicely, it stays on all day long, does not feels dry and just makes my skin under eyes look so much brighter. Looks as if I do not have any make up under my eyes. I love it.

Normal concealer

I tried this product, found that it doesn't do much more other than just a regular concealer in a portable form which is overly priced in my opinion. I just keep this product for portability, but wouldn't buy it again once it runs out.

Illuminating Magic

Easy to apply solution to younger fresher looking eyes. Can be added any time of day to refresh your look; it even diminishes small lines around the eyes.

Great in photos!

This is AMAZING. I've tried multiple illuminators, and this is definitely the best one. Apart from looking great in real life, it really catches the light when taking pics. Your face will have a great glow and look super radiant. Its also not drying at all and has the perfect amount of coverage for me. Not cakey + natural. LOVE.
