A rich, fruity vetiver

This smells like absolute HEAVEN on my boyfriend, though I imagine I could get away with wearing this as a fall scent, as well. The initial spray is a sharp, slightly bitter blast of herbal vetiver, but very quickly reveals a fruity heart with the fig and black plum, so that it doesn't smell too medicinal. The drydown is a rich, warm woodsy smell that is both comforting and seductive at the same time. While I do think this scent is more suited to men than women, I would enjoy smelling it on either gender, because it's just that amazing (haha). If you're looking for a complex and mysterious scent that will set you apart from the mainstream, this is definitely it.

I don't think I can add any more words to my review! I simply love it! I've been wanting to buy a nice fragrance for myself, and couldn't decided on other brands but I'm so glad I found this brand, it is so different, it's so unique!

I got the atelier sample pack today and when I opened this scent the only thing I could smell was the old, now discontinued (in 2003) Bath and Body works fragrance called 'imagine: love' - I bought it all up when they discontinued it my senior year of high school - and have not smelled it again until this day. However, I think I might like Atelier's scent a little more, I think it's a great fruity/floral summer scent and as it warms you really start to smell the cedarwood. I am in LOVE.. again!

This is my second Atelier Cologne and I am layering it with Bois Blonds and it is a great blend. These fragrances last and are unusual. You won't smell like everyone who is wearing the newest designer's scent. I plan to keep experimenting and adding to my collection.

I think I just found my 'signature' scent. I ordered a sample of several different Atelier colognes and this one is amazing! I am purchasing the full size and will be back for more. Love IT!

Not bad but not for me

My disclaimer: I'll begin by saying, I ordered the entire sample collection directly from Atelier Cologne (the Sephoras in my area don't carry the line). As a man, I am always apprehensive to order a unisex fragrance...most of the time, they are way too feminine for my tastes. I'm working my way through each one to help me decide which one (or ones) I'll be ordering from sephora.com. Ok. Let me start by saying I don’t like vetiver. It’s not a fragrance I have ever cared for. Having said that, if you like vetiver and don’t feel like you need to shower after you put it on, you will lie this one. It’s citrusy, a tiny bit floral and decidedly vetiver. I went a whole day with this fragrance on and coworkers enjoyed it, but I can’t get past the vetiver. It is one of the most masculine fragrances from Atelier Cologne but I could definitely see a woman wearing this one.

Brilliant!

Wow, this scent is AMAZING! A completely unexpected vetiver. So fresh and smooth. Just enough green and wood notes with the citrus at the top to brighten it up. Extremely long lasting. I just love it. I recommend for both men and women! A great value for 200ml! So glad to find Atelier Cologne at Sephora!
