The essential accessory for 3 to 5 minutes of daily exercise:
- Improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
- Your best friend for soothing the delicate eye area (store in the refrigerator for best results).
- Boosts the effectiveness of your creams and serums.
Tip #1 : Lift your eyes
Small taps from inside out in the bone area.
Tip: use the small side of the roller and repeat 5 times.
Tip #2 : Wake up your face
Massage from inside-out, starting from the nose, then the chin and ending to the forehead.
Tip: use the large side of the roller and repeat 10 times on each side of the face.
Tip #3 : Get a tonic neck and oval
Massage the neck area from the centre outwards, then upwards from the chin towards the ears.
