Overpowering

I usually like light and floral scents but I’m conflicted on this one. The notes I catch from a few feet away are definitely my vibe and it would catch my attention if a woman walked by wearing it. Smelling it up close as an entirely different story as it smells extremely overpowering and makes me think of being stuck in an elevator with a grandmother wearing it. Maybe as it fades, it would be easier to say I like it. I can’t see a man wearing this as it’s definitely overpowering and too floral in my opinion, although there are some Notable hints of musk in it.
