N°.4 Bond Maintenance® – Šampon

Got this after seeing so many people with flat fine hair say this is their holy grail shampoo to keep their hair voluminous. However, it did not work for my sister and me at all…. Our hair got extremely greasy and flat the next day. Sadly, I’ll be returning this..

Nice and clean

I have fine, easily tangled, dry and damaged hair. My review for this product is mostly positive. Things I noticed were that the product lathers well and a little goes a long way. I am not an everyday hair washer so my first use I did a single wash, and my next use I did a double wash which is my normal. I do not feel a double wash is needed, my hair felt clean both ways. I shed a lot in the shower and I did notice less fallout with this product. My only negative experience was that after drying my hair, although it felt softer, it felt heavy at first, almost like there was still product in my hair. After a rest period from the blow dryer, this feeling did go away. Perhaps a reaction with the heat from the blow dryer? My hair does feel cleaner longer with this product than my normal shampoo. I’ve been really impressed with this sulfate-free shampoo. It spreads easily, lathers gently, and cleans without leaving my hair or scalp feeling stripped. After the first wash, my scalp felt calmer and more hydrated, and within a few weeks I noticed less breakage and more volume. My hair had been dry and brittle, but this made it feel stronger and healthier overall. I like that it’s safe for color-treated hair since I change my hair color often, and it never fades too quickly.

The very best products you will ever use for your

I have been using this for 6 years now. I can’t imagine using anything else! So thankful my hairdresser introduced me to this product! I use the shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner.

Goes a long way

It is expensive but it goes a long way because it’s a thick consistency and you only need a little bit. Fragrance is mild. It’s good feeling after shampoo. The effect on my hair? I can’t say much because i have used it for few weeks yet so I took one star off. But no complains so far. My hair feels well hydrated after wash.

Underwhelming

I've been using the Nº.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo from Olaplex for a while now, and unfortunately, it's not been the miracle worker I was hoping for. As someone with dry, damaged hair, I was excited to try a product that promised to repair and maintain bonds. While the shampoo does a great job of cleaning my hair, I haven't noticed any significant improvements in terms of repair or bond maintenance. My hair still feels dry and brittle, and I haven't seen a noticeable reduction in breakage. The formula is gentle and sulfate-free, which is a plus, but it's not particularly impressive in terms of moisturizing or nourishing my hair. I've had to use additional products to get the moisture and hydration my hair needs. Perhaps my expectations were too high, or this product just isn't suited to my hair type. Either way, I wouldn't recommend the Nº.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo to those with very dry or damaged hair. There are other products on the market that might be more effective for specific hair concerns.

I wasn’t sure I’d like the Olaplex shampoo at first — it took about a week for my hair to get used to it, since the texture is a bit thicker than what I was used to. But once it settled in, I was hooked! I recently finished my bottle and tried another shampoo, but I immediately regretted it. I went right back to Olaplex as soon as I could. It leaves my hair incredibly soft, shiny, and healthy-looking — and the smell is amazing! Definitely a staple in my haircare routine.

Really helped with my damaged and dry hair. I was having a lot of breakage and it did help with it for sure.

Překvapilo mě, že šampon opravdu hodně pění, takže vám i nějakou dobu vydrží. Doporučila bych ale na první mytí použít jiný šampon, a poté použít tento(aby vám vydržel déle).

Not good for straight hair, perfect for curls

I had been really excited to try this product after years of hype but it was a real flop... It left my hair stringy, greasy, and unclean no matter how much I scrub or rinse it out. Not good for thick, straight, damaged hair. My partner who has thick curly hair likes it for the reasons I do not. Would not buy again or recommend.
