Bought 2 dry eyeliners. Missed the mark for me :(

Real review from a beauty-obsessed college student (not sponsored, not gifted, no incentives) I was so excited to try this because I adore Lady Gaga and had high hopes for her makeup line. Sadly, this eyeliner just didn’t perform the way I expected. I actually purchased two of the exact same eyeliner, and both were super dry — one was practically unusable right out of the box. The liquid doesn’t fully reach the tip of the felt applicator, so it’s hard to get a clean, sharp line. There’s some product in the middle of the brush, but that doesn’t help much when you’re trying to do a precise wing. The formula also fades — by midday, my eyeliner started looking gray instead of that rich, deep black I wanted. I really wanted to love this product, but the dryness and fading color made it hard to work with. Definitely a disappointment for me

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had high hopes for this eyeliner, but it completely let me down. It’s definitely not waterproof as claimed. I have oily eyelids, and within just 15 minutes, it had already transferred onto my upper lids - something I’ve never experienced with any other eyeliner. Even basic drugstore liners perform way better than this. Save your money and skip this one!

I ended up returning this liner. Dries up WAYYY too fast. Only applied twice before it was unusable

I used it twice and it was good, but when I went to use it a third time it was dried out.

The worst eyeliner ever.

Absolutely terrible. It was dry immediately within first use. Such a bummer. It’s so bad. Literally unusable.

Does not have staying power

Pro: does not run. Con: does not have staying power. Half of the eyeliner closer to the eyeline is gone after 4-5 hours of wear. It just fades. I would only wear it if I don’t need makeup on for more than 3 hours. Don’t waste your money.

AWFUL - BARELY WORKS

Straight out of the packet the eyeliner was dry and cakey. Haven't been able to do a nice line at all. Don't buy ☹️

What the Gaga?

I read the reviews. I thought surely no eyeliner can be that bad. I've had cheap eyeliner and Gaga wouldn't sell us junk, would she? Believe the reviews. To add salt to the eye corners, the first time I used it it was blacker than black and the brush tip...so tiny, such precision...I have finally located the one for the difficult to line wrinkles of my 57 year old skin! I carefully put the cap on securely and tucked it into my eyeliner jar upside down to keep the tip from drying out. Next morning, shook, took cap off, and began to carefully line my eye...it skipped across my eyelid but I loyally thought it my error...but no...it was truly just garbage. What skipped on, flaked off shortly thereafter and not too long after that, the black turned into a griity watercolor substance that irritated the corners of my eyes and turned them into raw meat. It's a one use wonder. We feel betrayed by you Gaga...will you make it right or are you just going to enjoy our hard earned money? Your loyal fans await, with raw, unlined, tear stained eyes. Really though, I feel betrayed by another greedy celebrity make up company. Gaga can keep her poker face.

Allergic reaction

Similar to another user - I had a terrible allergic reaction. Not sure what is in the ingredients that would have caused it. I’m allergic to pineapple and other tropical fruits which maybe part of the “herbal” ingredients.

Dislike!

I purchased this because I loved the advertisements with Lady Gaga. Silly me. It's awful. Smudges, fades and what does stay in the am wears off by mid afternoon. Would not purchase again.

Perfect Liquid Matte

I love this eyeliner. I usually prefer a felt tip but the fiber tips are really smooth and easy to manipulate for different size wings. It’s so matte without being flaky and looks flat to the skin instead of raised like thicker products. It doesn’t bleed after a long day and even survived me crying and wiping my eyes at the movies. I’ve waited a year to post a review because liquid eyeliner is probably my number one used beauty product to make sure I actually like it and it has yet to let me down. I will definitely be rebuying this.
