I love this stuff, I don't use it often but it makes my hair soft and also helps my dry scalp because it hydrates the tips of my hair.

High amounts of silicone

Coming from a hairdresser I avoid this product because of the high amount of Amodimethicone / silicone. That’s just my preference and I can’t say I’d recommend this product.

And I do have fine hair and it is easily weighed down I like the ease of use and the short time to keep the mask on my hair . Some masks can stay on your hair for several hours, depending on your hair type and the ingredients. This product has peptides and Amino acids that resulted in a supple and soft hair results . This repairs hair at the molecular level . It is a peptide bonder which helps the peptides bond together . The consistency and smell is lovely and results were truly satisfying. I have wavy hair that is very long . It goes through a lot I swim and get it in the chlorine at least once a week . This mask in just one use did so much for my hair . It made my hair soft , less dry , and I noticed my wave pattern is a lot tighter . I would say even it gave me a ringlets in places that used to be a loose s -wave . Also did I mention it smells so nice ! I also used in a less conventional way , to apply on dry hair before wash . It helped me to detangle my hair to wash. After washing far more manageable. Easy to brush out and my hair waves has a tighter patten . This mask is a miracle worker for my wavy hair .

The L’Oreal Professionals is a new experience for me. I’ve tried L’Oreal products in the past from the drugstore but never the professionals line. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the product but there was also a major drawback for me. The product comes in nice packaging. Very sleek and minimal design and packing. Upon first use I noticed it has a nice consistency, not too thick but not runny either. My biggest issue with this is the smell. It has an extremely strong smell. The smell is similar to a men’s cologne. The scent itself isn’t bad but it is too concentrated. I am sensitive to smells and ended up with a migraine. The smell also lingers behind strongly in your hair. But, the positives of the product is, it absolutely does what it’s intended to do. My hair looks better than ever after using it. It is extremely sleek, smooth, and very healthy looking. Split ends are not noticeable at all after using the mask. I have fine hair and it did its job without weighing my hair down. Overall, it is a very solid product that gives great results. The scent just needs to be diluted in my opinion. I would recommend it to any hair type that may need help with dryness, dullness, or split ends.

Visible Results For Damaged Hair

I color and heat style my hair regularly, and as a result, it tends to be dry and prone to breakage, especially at the ends. For reference, my hair is fine and naturally wavy, and I often struggle with flyaways. Also, without color, it's about 70% gray, which can make it feel "wiry" at times. I wash my hair every 2-3 days and use dry shampoo on the days in between. After using this conditioning mask, I noticed an immediate difference in how smooth my hair felt as soon as I rinsed it. When I dried it with a thermal, round brush, I saw significant improvement in elasticity with a lot less breakage and no tangles. However, the mask made my hair extremely soft, making it challenging to style without using additional products. Normally, I only use a heat protectant and finishing spray, so I'll have to consider using additional products for more hold and volume going forward. Despite that, my hair actually has some movement, which I haven't seen in a while. I would describe the texture of this conditioning mask as a cream-gel formula, and it has a pleasant scent. If you have coarse, dry, or damaged hair, or if you only wash it every few days, you could probably use this mask each time you shampoo. For someone with normal to fine hair, I would recommend using it in place of a daily conditioner once per week. I rated 4 stars because I still had flyaways that required additional product to help tame. I look forward to seeing if this improves with continued use!
