Much better than the other estee lauder mascaras regarding staying power. Definitely adds a ton of length. The brush isnt great for a volumizing effect as it can create clumps so i use another brands brush that is well known for its volumizing effect and it works out perfectly. So loses a star because i have to use two brushes to get the effect i want however once done my lashes look fake which is great.

This mascara is hands down my favorite. It's formula adds both volume and length to my lashes. When it comes to mascara it's all about application not always the formula. Wipe off excess product before you apply. I start from the root and with a wiggle and rolling motion I move up the hair strand. Continue doing this without redipping the wand into the tube for another coat. This will fan out the lashes with out gunking them with excess product (creating clump). Take your time don't rush it. Though I must admit some formulas are pretty terrible, this one is not. I apply this technique to all my mascaras and it works like a charm. With this mascara in particular I find that it does not clump or smudge. There's no need for a second coat unless I want a darker lash.

This is the best mascara I have ever used. In only a couple of strokes, I suddenly have big, noticeable lashes. No clumping or flaking. Washes off easily.

This mascara is AMAZING! It is not goopy whatsoever, and does not make your eyelashes look clumpy. It makes me look like I have fake eyelashes; I get so many compliments when I wear it

This mascara smells rotten even when you first open it, let alone when it's a month old. It's extremely goopy, and clumps together horribly. I would rather use any drug store mascara over this.

I have tried just about every mascara on the market as I like to go for striking eye makeup. This one is my favorite! You only need one coat to make your lashes long and full, and it really makes them pop. I haven't had any problems with clumping or smudging either. I highly recommend this mascara or Guerlain's mascara. These are the only two types of mascara I rebuy.

Love this! The brush makes it very easy to avoid clumps and makes my lashes look long and voluminous! Only reason I took a star off is because the consistency is a bit liquidy and can be a struggle when applying, but other than that I love it! Totally worth the buy!

amazingly good

This mascara is very good. Gives length, volume, definition, separation. It's truly amazing! I use to love the original sumptuous but this replaced it from the first try! Worth every cent!

Brush hard to work with, formula a bit clumpy

I was disappointed this gave me clumps that were hard to brush out since the formula dries fast. The mascara then flakes. It also left black marks just below my eyebrows if my eyelashes rubbed against them - but this may be because I have long eyelashes. Does give you more volume but not defined.
