Really really bad. Thick, crunchy, flakey.

I’ve been using this mascara for a year. It’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever used. I truly thought this product would be good because I like her other stuff but I feel uglier when I wear this mascara, lol. It’s clumpy, thick, uneven, and sheds EVERYWHERE. It’s clumpy, too much product comes out at once.my face is always covered in little black dots. Not to mention it makes my eyelashes feel like stiff little twigs. On the bright side, it’s not too bad to remove. Once it gets a little wet it melts right off. I wish I never purchased this.

Great mascara

The Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara gives really good volume and makes lashes look fuller without clumping. It’s easy to build up and lasts well through the day without smudging. The brush separates nicely and doesn’t feel heavy on the lashes. The only downside is it can take a little longer to remove compared to other mascaras, but overall it’s a great everyday volumising mascara.

Not bad, not great

Not sold on this. I was looking for a replacement for the usual drugstore mascaras I have been buying for years. This has a lovely solid black colour, brush is easy to use and sleek design but it just lacks any real oomph. I wouldn't really call this volumizing at all - you need a lot of product to get any effect. I likely wouldn't purchase again

Gorgeous volumised lashes. But be wary if you have

This mascara is great for building length and volumising the lashes. It goes on really well and lashes look thicker. This is a great day a night mascara. My only problem is its suitability for sensitive eyes.

Rare Beauty’s Perfect Strokes Mascara has become one of my go-to products because it gives me instant volume without clumping or feeling heavy. I love how the brush separates each lash while still making them look full and lifted. It also wears really well throughout the day—no flaking or smudging, even when my eyes get watery. Super volumizing mascara in town!!!

This mascara is just amazing. I have been looking for a no smudge no flaking weightlifting mascara for a very long time and finally I found it. It absolutely comfortable to wear and it curls, volume se and lengths lashes without clumping at all and bonus is that you do not have at all panda eyes while using it. It’s has a special brush multi length that helps in all kind of lash lengths. The fact that it contains castor oil also is a help to nourish, soften and condition lashes. I will recommend this mascara and you will be surprised how good it is.

Nice natural mascara

I love the packaging of this product it looks really sleek. The brush is slightly thicker than I would normally use but it gives a nice natural lash. A little messer to apply as I normally use a thinner brush. You can see the difference it makes in the photo with and without the mascara. The mascara is slightly clumpy which does make your lashes look thicker but harder to separate the lashes. It’s a nice black opacity to.

I tried this on a whim as I was looking for a new mascara. I was pleasantly surprised. This really adds volume and oomph to my lashes which have gotten thinner with age. It does tend to be a bit clumpy but this is easily fixed and the end result is worth the effort. I have bought this several times and definitely recommend.

Fantastic product

Wow, wow, wow! I have finally found a mascara that covers,lifts, lengthens and thickens in one stroke. I have attached before and after photos and that was only one layer. What I would say is that I used a clean lash brush to just comb through any clumps. Product is very easily buildable for a more dramatic look but you can go from an everyday look during the day to a very glam, false lash effect. Comfortable to wear and doesn’t irritate the eyes and super easy to remove. A definite keeper.

Amazing mascara!

I received the rare beauty mascara complimentary from Influenster in return for my honest review. I gave up wearing any mascara due to the awful panda eye I always have due to my watery eyes - however, I have never given up the search for the perfect one. The packaging is minimalistic but sleek which I really prefer over some of the more “stylish” products which are a nightmare to hold when you want precision! I like the colour of the tube too. On first impressions the spoolie is rather large and it was loaded with product, so I was a little intimidated by it as I usually go for a smaller, more flexible, silicone spoolie. The spoolie actually has two different bristle lengths and I didn’t need to be worried as the application was so precise! Not a single mistake above or below the lash line. I was really impressed by how the product clung to every single lash with amazing definition. I did two coats (it really didn’t need two coats!!) but I wanted to test if the product would clump as I usually find clumping happens on the second coat. It performed well on second coat - a couple of lashes toward my outer corner did clump together but I was able to seperate them easily before the product dried and I think this is more to do with my lashes awkwardly pointing in opposite directions. This mascara is amazing for lengthening and the colour is jet black - but if you have downward pointing lashes like me, you’d need to curl first as it didn’t do much for a curl. I cooked a full Sunday dinner (oily atmosphere) and the mascara didn’t budge. I rubbed my eye as an additional test and experience no flakiness at all. Not a single flake of mascara came off onto my hand. It took a gentle pull at my lashes to get any fibre to detach. As far as test results go - wow, I’m impressed! The formula is weightless and extremely comfortable. There is castor oil included in the ingredients to nourish the lashes. I don’t think I need to look any further for an amazing mascara!

Natural look, soft feel, and easy to remove.

This was my first time trying this mascara and my first time using anything from this brand. I liked it a lot. It looks very natural on my lashes, which I really enjoy for everyday makeup. The brush is easy to use and gives good coverage. The texture feels light and does not clump. It gives a nice soft volume and a bit of length. I also like that it has castor oil because my lashes feel soft and not stiff. It stayed comfortable on my eyes all day and washed off very easily with my normal cleanser.
