Fix the packaging!

Don’t get me wrong…the lotion itself is great and doesn’t take much at all for softening my hands. The packaging is really bad, though, and VERY hard to squeeze for my 61yo arthritic hands. I expected better for the price

Disappointed

Really disappointed with this product. The smell isn’t good, and it doesn’t hydrate the skin much. I won’t be buying it again. It’s also very small and kind of hard to open, which makes it difficult to get the cream out.

Packaging is not good

Love the size and the actual product (be warned it smells nothing like the lotion) but the packaging makes it VERY difficult to squeeze product out once it’s about halfway done.

Try something else.

The packaging is hopelessly flawed. After about half the product is used, it’s so difficult to get any more out I had to cut it in half and scoop it out into a different dish. It’s also not that moisturising

Fantastic cream, terrible packaging

This hand cream is definitely on the pricier side — but honestly, it’s worth it. The formula itself is absolutely fantastic. Personally, I’m in love with the fragrance. It’s elegant, soft, and serene, with a beautiful scent that makes using it a real pleasure every time. The texture is another highlight: it’s smooth, lightweight, and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling greasy. It leaves my hands incredibly soft and well-hydrated, with a refined, delicate scent that lingers just enough to feel luxurious. It truly delivers a lovely sensory experience and excellent moisture. However, like many other reviewers have mentioned, the packaging is extremely frustrating. The tube is far too stiff, making it very difficult to squeeze the product out — especially when you get halfway through. Eventually, it becomes almost impossible to extract the remaining cream. I even tried opening the tube to get the last drops, and it was surprisingly hard to break open. You have to be very careful not to cut yourself while trying to access what’s left inside. So while the cream itself is outstanding and I would 100% recommend it for its fragrance, texture, and hydration, the packaging is a major downside. Considering how many people mention this issue, I really hope the brand will eventually redesign the tube using a softer material that allows users to enjoy every last bit of this beautiful product.

Don’t buy if you have arthritis…

Okay so I LOVE this hand cream. Love the scent, the moisturizing factor, and the packaging is so cute in my bag. BUT I have early on set arthritis and this is SO hard to squeeze out. It was hard when it was new and still hard after I have used it many times. Don’t think I’ll purchase again just because of the packaging and how hard it is to get out of the tube.

Smells Amazing!

Made my hands feel super soft and hydrated but not greasy or oily. Absorbs really well. It also smells great!

Best new hand cream I’ve tried

Absolutely love the hand cream had a really gorgeous smell and keeps my hands very dry and not sticky
