Does the job

I have a short bob so I was doubtful whether it would work. I had to play about with the controls and how to handle the appliance which was ok. I had to use a 3 way plug into the wall as the large plug wouldn’t go into the socket. Anyway this device does the job!! It’s great not needing yo use straighteners after drying (which I didn’t like doing due to heat damage but I have coarse hair so used them to get a smoother look). It’s not good for travelling but that’s understandable. I would recommend it.

Great product but not good cable.

I bought this almost two weeks ago. I love the product, how easy and fast it is to style my hair with. The design is good, the only problem I have with it, is the cable, it moves a lot and turns off a lot.

Poorly designed plug but the best performance!

The best wet to dry straightener! However I don’t understand this plus design. Unable to use it at hotels as plus sockets do not have space required to plug this in without an extension lead. Poorly designed new plug socket. Its about 15cm in height.

Wow wow wow

Love this. Such a good design and dries my hair a lot quicker than using a hairdryer and straighteners separately. Have the dyson hairdryer and corrale straighteners but I would say the airstrip is my new favourite go to hair styling tool. Thank you Dyson for another great hair tool.

I have very thick wavy hair and the air strait does an amazing job of straightening my hair and does it so much faster than regular hairdryer and straightening irons. Delighted with this product and would definitely recommend.

I got the Dyson Airstrait Amber Silk for Christmas, I really love it, far better than I expected, I can dry/straighten my hair in 15 mins, I feel like my hair lasts longer between washes and looks in better condition! I have only been using it for a few weeks and can already see the difference! The only negative is that it is quite slippery to hold, I have almost dropped it a couple of times which is quite scary as I am sure it would break if I dropped it! I think if it was high gloss like my Dyson nickel/copper Air Wrap it would be a much better grip, easier to hold and wouldn’t slip, this is the reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5!

Game changer

Treated myself before Christmas and honestly it’s the best present i could have bought! Easy to use, yes the plug is cumbersome but the results are amazing. My hair feels healthy and looks like I’ve had a salon blow dry. Can’t recommend enough . My Dyson hairdryer, air-wrap and straighters are gathering dust

Not quite as good as expected

This was a Christmas present. It looks and feels expensive but I was very disappointed that it does not come with a carrying case / dust page. Also the size and shape of the plug causes issues if your socket is close above skirting board for example.

Best Hair Tool

I fortunately got this as a gift for Christmas .It is the best tool that I have for my hair.My hair is wavy/straight and thick.I get really annoyed and hot when my hair is not straightened but when I do straighten it with a straightener it takes hours. With the Dyson airstraight it takes 45 minutes to do my whole head when it would’ve taken me two hours. since using it, my hair feels a lot more healthier and it’s so soft when I use it and it lasts.The only downside is the plug that is significantly bigger than a normal plug .But other than that it’s a great product cry and would recommend for busy individuals especially with wavy and easily frizzy hair.

I'm very satisfied from my purchase. Its a functional and my long hair is ready for the 30 minutes from wet wet hair. Before I used again hair dryer and iron of dyson , but take me a lot of time. Now I'm faster and Easy for use.
