A spa experience in a bottle

I received this product for free for testing and reviewing purposes. This is honestly a luxury serum you can feel how it hydrates and plumps your skin without becoming sticky, tacky or heavy.

Amazing Stuff!

I absolutely loved this Guerlain Abeille double r serum - it went on so smoothly, and unlike some other serums it didn’t feel drying at all on my skin. After just a few days of using it I felt like my fine lines were less visible around my eyes and even some of my deeper lines on my forehead seemed less pronounced. I’m very excited to see how much of a difference this makes after longer use.

I am in my early 40s and noticed results after 5 uses. This is not for young skin. Goodbye fine lines. Skin is plumper, more elastic, basically no dry patches, and enhanced color. I look much better than my younger Sephora profile pic now. The weakness is that the packaging lacks that wow factor, and some people might think the scent’s strong. All and all, worth it!

Any lifting effect is probably because alcohol is the third ingredient… seems like a way overpriced product!

A luxury gift

Got a 7-day sample to try. This serum is very luxurious feeling. I suddenly feel like a wealthy woman when putting it on ha. The smell is also very fragrant and a pleasantly intoxicating perfume scent. My face feels instantly hydrated, soft and supple, which is perfect during these colder winter days. Royal jelly is great for collagen repair and sun spots. I can't speak to effectiveness for sun spots, but if I was rich, I really enjoy using this. On the other hand, there are tons of other effective products for collagen or hydrating. Great gift for older women 40s+, a bit unnecessary for those any younger, except to feel fancy. One star off for being too expensive for its purposes.

Finally acne free!!

This serum has finally given me an acne free face in my 30’s who would’ve thunk ?! It’s freaking amazing! And yes it is also freaking expensive, but considering I was thinking about more aggressive prescription treatments, so considering the cost of a derm visit and paying for the treatments this is probably about the same. I’m left with clear healthy glowy skin! Worth it? For me it was.

Way Too Much Fragrance

I can’t just can’t get pass the smell. After applied it the first time, I am sitting here in debate of washing my face. WAY TO MUCH FRAGRANCE. So cheaply done too. Smells like those powdery perfume from drug store. I’m glad this is a sample I got with my online order, otherwise the product would go straight back.

Is this perfume or a serum?

Smells like a bottle of perfume. I cant tell you whether it works because I had to wash it off. The smell is ridiculous.

I have combination skin, 43y old. Have been using this serum for a week (I was given 7 days sample set when I purchased Guerlain eye cream) and I am addicted. Amazing product. Makes my skin silky smooth and plump. I use it in combination with Guerlain Youth Oil and I have no irritation or breakouts. Needless to say, I ordered the full size and can't wait to receive it. Highly recommend.

I completely adore this serum. It smells lovely and is very smoothing on the skin. It definitely feels like a treat, and my skin thanks me for it! Yes, it is pricey, but maybe try it once if you have some money to spare. A little goes a long way, so you will get enough use out of it for sure. It is absolutely lovely!
